Bimfire Template Updates

Several improvements have been made to the Naviate Bimfire Templates.

Sweden

• Updated NV_ExternalFireSpreadWindow with two different width parameter for sides and top/Bottom
• Changed category for NV_Cutcube, NV_CutCubeL & NV_CutCylinder to Pier, and edited the family to enable being able to cut wall compartments again. Removed that piers are exported with IFC.
• Created an NV_Insatsplan symbol.
• Updated and fliped the EfterlysandeSkyltRullstol's diagonal.
• Updated thumbnail for undefined wall requirement.
• Updated Safe Refuge family, was bugs when changes sizes.
• Added new families from Informationsmodell för digitalt brandskydd.
• Renamed the diamond shaped Door/Window Requirements to old_Door/WindowRequirements, instead the new will only have text for doors and a text with border for windows - Still following SIS Bygghandlingar 10.11, and harmonising with other regions.
• Added families NV_Dörrstängare,NV_Plattformshiss, and added same parameters into the project and assigned to doors.
• Updated WallRequirement families, so NVWallWidth has been changed from a text parameter to a length parameter, now it's possible to add realistic thickness automatically from global, individually width instead of uniform. ATM doesn't work with adaptive, due to they don't have any thickness for curved walls. Works with the Soffit adaptive family. Control all via Global parameters.

• Changed WallRequirement control parameters from Shared to Family parameter, this removes the parameters from schedules and cleans up the model.
• Added a view filter on views for sheets to hide all section type who are not SectionsForSheets,, turned off Matchline by default.
• Added families for Insatsplaner, and created tags to be used for floor plans. There are now also View Types for Insatsplan which uses view filters to filter away all components who doesn't have a value on the parameter NVInsatsplan. Add a parameter on space for colouring the spaces, NVInsatsplanRumsfunktion
• Adding the parameter "Fire_FamilyTagMapping" as a family parameter instead of a project parameter, enabling the possibility to move the symbols to the custom templates without having to enter the values again. Same way the tags works. Removed the project parameter Fire_FamilyTagMapping.

• Updated all Fire alarm devices with the prefix Fire_, added a parameter "NVVisibleOnEvacuationPlan" so the new Insatsplans symbols don't get tagged on evacuation plans. All values with not "Yes" will be hidden in the floor plan. So all Fire_ symbols has default value "No".

Norway

Denmark

Improved compatibility with other Revit add-ins

We have made background changes to reduce the risk of conflicts when running Naviate applications alongside other Revit plugins.

Previously, a shared software component (System.Text.Json) could clash with the same component used by other add-ins, in some cases causing Naviate products or other plugins to stop working. We have removed this dependency to lower the risk of such conflicts occurring.

Please note: While this update significantly reduces the likelihood of compatibility issues, it does not eliminate all possible conflicts with third-party plugins. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team.
