Naviate Geotech License
There is now a Naviate Geotech license available for purchase! For more information about this, please contact your Naviate Sales representative or your Naviate Contact person.
Reference Template
A new command that attaches a Reference template file to the current Civil 3D drawing. This is useful when you are starting from your own template and want to import the required settings and styles for the Naviate Geotech commands.
When the command starts, you enter a folder or a search path and then when the Attach Reference Template-dialog is opened, use the Plus-sign to attach the NvGeotech.dwg. Use OK to have all the Naviate Geotech settings imported.
Help Geotech - Command list
There is now a dedicated Help-button for Geotech on the Naviate Geotech ribbon, this opens Naviate Command list with only the Geotech commands showing.

Import FM Boreholes
The command can now read the coordinate system from the zip-file that is being imported, and the dialog will display the coordinate system set in the drawing, and with the button Assign Coordinate System a coordinate system can be assigned.
The command can now create bedrock points direct at import.
If the command finds a MethodOrder in NvGeotechSettings.json, then that is used when importing points.
Import FM Boreholes can be used to update the points in the drawing. If one or multiple Locations are selected in the drawing, the Import FM Borehole dialog will filter on the selected Locations.

Export From FM
This new command opens a dialog where the user logs into their Field Manager account and can export and download any project to a ZIP-file that Naviate can then use Import FM Boreholes to import.

Open FM Location
Opens the Field Manager app to the selected Location. This is opened in a web browser and requires login to Field Manager.
Points from CSV
"Treat values as depths" and "Stack elevations" can now only be used one at a time.
The command gives a correct error message if the csv-file is locked.
The required format for the CSV-file has changed to match what can be exported from Field Manager. The new format headlines can now be either of the two following:
-
location_name;x;y;z;layer_group_name;soil_unit_name;soil_type;start_depth;end_depth
-
location_name,x,y,z,layer_group_name,soil_unit_name,soil_type,start_depth,end_depth
Locations and Labels On and Off
Naviate Geotech sorts all Location points into a Location Group that has settings in Point Group Description. This point group can be turned on/off with these commands, or their Labels can be turned on/off to display a cleaner drawing.
The same logic is used if the Point Groups are turned on/off from the Objects On/Off panel.
Update Method Order
The command now also updates the points back to the stored X/Y if they have been accidentally moved
Borehole Diagram
The command can now create and edit diagrams in Section view.
Mirror Diagram
When diagrams have been inserted, this command can mirror the diagram.
Create Stratum
The command can now create points by clicking in a Profile View.
If the selected code already exists, then the command asks to replace the point.
The command can now find Codes based on Point Group name.

Bedrock Points
It is now a stand-alone command to create Bedrock Points.
Duplicate Codes
This new command can find duplicated codes on the same Location, e.g. if there are two Sand codes on the same X/Y-position. Then this command will rename the bottom code with a suffix which will enable surface creation from both codes.

Create 3DPoly from Solid
A new command that creates 3D Polylines in the center of solids.
Create Point from Solid
A new command that creates Cogo points from solids top and/or bottom, or at a distance from the bottom of the solid.
Split Solid
A new command can that split solids at specific distances from top or bottom and place the new solids on unique layers.
Create Profile View
The default settings in the dialog are read from default settings in the drawing. With the toggle 'Save default styles', a new default setup can be stored in the drawing.
When the toggle 'Save Style by Surface' the Profile Styles can be stored in Property Set on the surface to later be used with the Style By Surface command to set surface and profile styles.
The command can now project points based on their Description Key.
The command can now project 3D Polylines.

Create Profile Hatch
Updated the command to also be able to create a bottom profile to hatch up to the lowest exisiting surface profile.
Fixed an issue where hatches were not displayed in preview in some cases.
Fixed an issue where hatches where not created if empty profiles where present in the profile view.
