This release represents a major step forward in how you manage, schedule, and track model versions across your projects. New Features & Enhancements
Static and Dynamic Selection
We’ve reimagined how you choose what to publish, offering two distinct ways to manage your project data depending on your needs: Dynamic and Static.
- Enhanced Static Selection: For those who need absolute control, our Static Model Selection allows you to hand-pick specific models for a task. We’ve refined this experience to ensure that your manual selections remain stable and clear, even when navigating between different projects or hubs.
- The new dynamic selection tools: Designed to be both powerful and intuitive, even when handling massive Revit datasets.
- Live Selection Previews: Whether using static or dynamic modes, you now get instant visual confirmation of exactly which models are included in your task before you hit publish, reducing errors and saving time.
- Optimized Data Fetching: Under the hood, we’ve implemented high-performance batch fetching. This ensures that even the largest projects load quickly and reliably, overcoming previous platform limitations.
Targeted Filtering & Discovery
Finding the right data shouldn't feel like a chore. We’ve introduced a robust filtering system that allows you to slice and dice your Revit model library with precision. You can now quickly isolate the exact files you need by filtering specific File Names, navigating through Folder Names, or narrowing your view based on the Last Updated Date. These filters work seamlessly across both our grid views and selection windows, ensuring that even in projects with hundreds of models, you can find what you're looking for.
Intelligent Task Scheduling & Automation
Our goal is to take the manual effort out of model releases. We’ve introduced a powerful scheduling engine that gives you three distinct ways to publish:
- Immediate Publish (Start Now): For when you need your data updated right away, trigger a task instantly with a single click.
- One-Time Scheduled Publish: Plan ahead by setting a specific date and time for a single publish task to run, perfect for off-peak hours or project milestones.
- Recurring Scheduled Publish: Set it and forget it. Establish a regular cadence for your publishing tasks to ensure your stakeholders always have the latest data without any manual intervention.
- Flexible Timing: Whether you need a task to run immediately or at a specific time in the future, our new scheduling interface gives you total control over your release calendar
Real-Time Visibility & Reporting
Stay informed at every step of the process. We’ve added new ways to monitor your publishing health and share progress with your team.
- Active Status Tracking: A new real-time status dropdown allows you to monitor the progress of live tasks as they happen, providing transparency into the publishing pipeline.
- Consolidated Task Management: To keep your workspace clean, we’ve introduced a unified view for all completed, active, and scheduled tasks. This consolidation makes it easy to audit your history and see what’s coming up next
- Comprehensive Audit Logs: You can now generate and download detailed reports for all publishing activities, complete with success statuses and detailed logs for every model processed.
