This release marks a significant step forward in automating project delivery and deepening the integration between BIM 360 and Autodesk Forma. By streamlining how project teams select, publish, and reference critical data, we are reducing manual administrative overhead and ensuring a more cohesive "Single Source of Truth" across the project lifecycle.
New Features & Enhancements
Intelligent Dynamic Project Selection for Publishing Revit Cloud Models
The new Dynamic Project Selection feature revolutionizes how BIM Managers handle large-scale portfolios. Instead of manually mapping individual projects, users can now utilize dynamic filters to automatically include projects that meet specific criteria. This ensures that new projects that are added to your Autodesk hubs, are automatically captured by your publishing workflows, significantly scaling your operational efficiency.

New Unified Publishing Landing Page
We have completely redesigned the entry point for Cloud model publishing to provide a more intuitive and structured experience. Project leads can now choose from three distinct, purpose-built workflows to match their specific delivery requirements:
- Dynamic Project & Dynamic Model Selection: Ideal for agile teams needing maximum flexibility to select multiple projects and specific models on the fly by filter criteria.
- Static Project & Dynamic Model Selection: Perfect for workflows targeting specific permanent projects while allowing for flexible selection of the latest models within them.
- Static Project & Static Model Selection: Designed for standardized, one-off publishing tasks where configurations remain consistent.

Advanced Data Connectivity: RFIs, Assets, and Issue Referencing
To ensure that critical project context is never lost during data migration, we have enhanced our Issue transfer engine to support migration of RFIs and Assets as references.
- What this accomplishes: When moving Issue data between environments (such as from an old BIM 360 project to Autodesk Forma), all associated RFIs and Asset data remain linked to their respective Issues. This provides stakeholders with immediate access to the "why" behind every decision, maintaining full accountability and a comprehensive audit trail without manual re-linking.
Other improvements and bugfixes
We have implemented several key fixes to ensure the highest level of data integrity and UI precision:
- Visual Validation: Resolved an issue where model previews were intermittently failing to load during dynamic selection, ensuring teams can visually verify data before it is published.
- Scheduling Governance: Strengthened the logic for 'Create New Version' option for transfers to prevent one-off tasks from being incorrectly modified into recurring schedules, protecting your version history from unintended overwrites.
- Interface Precision: Fixed a UI bug where weekly scheduling parameters were being incorrectly cached when switching between different task configurations, eliminating the risk of misconfigured delivery dates.
