Flexible Task Editing for scheduled Publish Tasks
We’ve overhauled how you manage your publishing workflows. You now have the flexibility to edit existing tasks and use granular filters to ensure only the right models are processed.
To save you time on reconfiguration, you can now edit the project and model selections for existing scheduled publish tasks, allowing you to adapt to project changes without recreating the entire task.
Smart and Advanced Model Filtering in Publish grid
To give you total control over what gets published, we implemented advanced backend and frontend filters that allow you to select models based on File Name, Last Modified Date, and Folder Path. Additionally, you can chain these filters in a query for a more customizable search.
UI & Visual Clarity improvements and various bugfixes
Instant Model Identification: To provide better visual distinction in the grid, we added specific icons for Cloud Workshared and ordinary Cloud models, complete with helpful tooltips.
Bugfixes in Issue transfer feature: Various bugfixes and improvements in Issue transfer, like unnecessary duplication of referenced Assets and RFIs inside the same transfer, and a bug where referenced RFIs were not appearing in the generated PDF attachments at the destination project.
