We’ve been busy leveling up the publishing and notification experience! This release focuses on giving you more control over how you manage Revit models and ensuring you stay informed with clearer, more reliable notifications.
New Features & Enhancements
Duplicate Publish Task
To save you from repetitive setup, we’ve added the ability to create a duplicate copy of any existing scheduled Publish task. This is perfect for when you need a similar workflow but with a new name or slight configuration tweaks.

Run on Demand
You no longer have to wait for the clock! We’ve introduced a "Run Task on Demand" feature that allows you to manually trigger any scheduled Publish task whenever you need it. To keep your data safe, we’ve built safeguards that prevent a manual run from starting if the same task is already being processed by the scheduler, avoiding any file or project conflicts.

Enhanced Model Grid & Description Column for Publishing feature
We’ve upgraded the Revit model grid to give you better visibility and usability. You’ll now find a dedicated Description column. We also added resizable columns so you can customize your view, and improved the date column to show both date and time for better version tracking.

Reliable & Polished E-mail Notifications
Communication is key, so we’ve refined our email templates and made the delivery system more robust.
We added new notification E-mails for completed Issues Transfers and completed Publish Tasks. To make notifications clearer, we updated the wording and layout for completed File transfer notification emails.
