Configure an offset value for automatically excluding areas near all buildings on the site.
The building footprint is offset by entered number and the area is removed from the Achieved Outdoor Area.
Private Outdoor Area
Private outdoor area can be now calculated based on the number of apartments (units) defined for the buildings on the site.
Open the Private Outdoor Area section and enter the required private outdoor area per unit. The total Private Outdoor Area is calculated and displayed.

Improved building height calculation in Spaciousness Analysis
We have improved the method for getting average terrain heights between facades to calculate a more accurate building height used with the Height ratio.
